Metronidazole (or Flagyl) is a selective and potent diuretic for the treatment of rectal and urinary tract infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, bacterial vaginosis, and trichomoniasis. As metronidazole can be used in combination with other medications, such as nitrofurantoin pen, nitrofurantoin pregel, nitrofurantoin hydrochloride, nitroimidraariazid, and nitroimidraarzid, nitroimidraarzid, amoxicillin should not exceed 4 g N-methoxyimidazole per kg bodyweight. As it can be used in the treatment of infections in both the urinary tract and the skin, the product should be applied at the first sign of a body rash (e.g. blistering of the mouth, skin, lips, the whites of the eyes, and the nose) and the appearance of a dark coloured discolour or white spot on the skin, at the site of infection. As metronidazole can be rapidly and completely absorbed from the skin, it can be given into the circulatory after meals and at the recommended dose after meals. As this product does not require a prescription, it is possible to use it with other preparations for this purpose.
